Can we shorten/extend our Experience?

Yes, you can define the length of your experience. Just book a private experience and let us know in your reservation form what would be the best for you or send us an email with your requirements (hola@bondabu.com).

Can we request a special stop?

Yes, please email us (hola@bondabu.com) and let us know all of your requirements.

Can we cancel our reservation?

Cancelation up to 48 hours before starting time is 90% refundable.

What is the maximum number of people that can go on each Experience?

In order to keep the personalized experience maximum number of people is 6 per experience. If you have a bigger group or family let us know on your reservation or email us (hola@bondabu.com) and we’ll organize a perfect experience for the amount of people requested.

Are Experiences available everyday?

Most of our experiences run daily. If you need further information, please check each experience in the menu or email us (hola@bondabu.com).

Can we bring any last minute company?

Yes, if there is availability. Give us a call as soon as you know about that extra person and we’ll give an immediate answer.

Are vegetarians welcomed?

Yes, in every single one of our experiences there are vegetarian options.

Can I get a private hotel pickup/drop off?

Yes, you can add private transportation service with pick up and drop off. The price depends on the locations you choose.

Can we arrange a different start/end point for an Experience?

You can change starting and ending point. Just make sure to tell us the moment of your reservation and we’ll adjust it. The price change will depend on the locations of your request.

Is there any age restriction?

There is no age restriction. Just make sure children or elders are up to the experience’s itineraries.
